New Smyrna Beach is known for its small-town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect vacation spot. There are several golf courses close to the condo so be prepared to tee it up.

In addition to local sites to see, there are also more famous attractions within less than a 2 hours drive, including Disney World and Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs, Central Florida Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway and beautiful historic St. Augustine. These are easy day trips from New Smyrna Beach.
