Laundry
While in residence, tenant must keep up the laundry, and upon departure the tenants are allowed:

Extra Loads – $25.00 per load
*This will take care of the sheets, towels of the day of departure. If there are more than the allotted amount, the extra loads of laundry will be $25.00 per load.
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of $500 is required.
