      Rental Information

      Laundry

      While in residence, tenant must keep up the laundry, and upon departure the tenants are allowed: 3 Bedroom Units – 4 loads Max

      *This will take care of the sheets, towels of the day of departure. If there are more than the allotted amount, the extra loads of laundry will be $25.00 per load.

      Fees

      Cleaning Fee is $ 281.25.  Taxes are 12.5% of the rent.  Adm. Fee is $ 100.00

      Security Deposit

      A Security deposit of $1,000.00 is required.
