Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Check, cash or money order. We Accept Credit Cards. In addition to the rent there will be a $100 administrative fee, 12.5% taxes (6.5% sales tax, 6% resort tax), and a one time cleaning fee ranging from $225.00 – $450.00 per unit depending on the size of the unit. *Renters must keep up the laundry while in residence.
While in residence, tenant must keep up the laundry, and upon departure the tenants are allowed:
2 bd/2 bth units – 3 loads
3 bd/3 bth units – 4 loads
4 bd/4 bth units – 5 loads
This will take care of the sheets and towels on the day of departure. If there are more than the allotted amount, the extra loads of laundry will be $25.00 per load.
Workout room, Sauna, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse, and Tennis Court are all available for your use. Each unit has (1) parking space/ garage assigned to it. Please obtain parking permits from the office for additional vehicles and guests. Boats, trailers or RV’s are not allowed on property. Additional offsite parking is available just down the street at Hiles Blvd.
*Children under 12 must be supervised in all amenities.
Ebb Tide Condominium requires a $500/$1000 refundable security deposit, this is due with the signing of the contract. This will be refunded to you if there are no damages.
All weekly and monthly reservations must be cancelled (90) days prior to arrival. Two or more monthly reservations must be cancelled (6) months prior to arrival.

Saturday: Available most of the day for all new arrivals.
