Rental Information
Laundry
While in residence, tenant must keep up the laundry, and upon departure the tenants are allowed: 2 Bedroom Units - 3 loads Max
Extra Loads - $25.00 per load
*This will take care of the sheets, towels of the day of departure. If there are more than the allotted amount, the extra loads of laundry will be $25.00 per load.
Fees
Taxes are 12.5% of rent, cleaning fee is $ 225.00, Adm.Fee $ 100.00
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
A Security deposit of $500 is required.
